Bookendo reviews are designed to help clients make informed decisions and help businesses build trust. Reviews on the platform are submitted by verified clients who have completed an appointment with the business.

Verified Reviews Only

To leave a review, a client must have completed an appointment at the business. After the visit, the business sends the client a unique review link via email or SMS. This link can only be used once and is tied to that specific client and visit.

This means businesses are protected from fake or malicious reviews, and clients can trust that every review reflects a real experience.

How It Works

After completing an appointment, clients may receive a review invitation via email or SMS allowing them to leave feedback about their experience. Click the link, rate your experience from 1 to 5 stars, and optionally write a short comment. The whole process takes less than a minute.

Once submitted, your review is published on the business's public profile. The business may respond to your review, and both the review and response will be visible to other clients.

Privacy

Your full name is never displayed publicly. Reviews show only your first name and last initial (for example, "Maria S."). Your email, phone number, and appointment details are never shared.

Bookendo may investigate reviews and related booking records when reports are received in order to monitor merchant quality and enforce platform policies.
